由我公司承建的浙江嘉丞机械有限公司成品车间、加工车间在业主、设计等单位的大力协助及质监站指导下，我项目部认真组织、精心施工，终于完成主体结构工程钢结构部分施工。下面就工程质量情况向各位领导、专家做简要汇报：
钢结构部分
一、工程概况：
建设单位：浙江嘉丞机械有限公司成品车间、加工车间 工程地址：金塘
设计单位：浙江广厦建筑设计研究有限公司 施工单位：舟山金鹰建筑安装工程有限公司
本工程位于金塘，主体为钢结构，屋面檩条为C型钢加工车间建筑面积为6196㎡，成品车间建筑面积为4569㎡。
二、施工质量管理及施工过程：
1、施工现场质量管理控制：

本工程所使用的材料，如油漆、焊条、钢材等均由项目部统一采购，严格控制原材料质量，所有进场材料均有质保书。原材料在使用前，根据质保书中的品种，规格、批号、生产日期等指标与复试报告结果相符合后才用于工程。
对应检测的材料进行了检测并符合设计规范要求。
3、施工过程质量控制： （1）地脚螺栓工程
预埋时与土建相配合，按时预埋（按施工进度计划和现场进度实施）采用经纬仪校准轴线，水准仪调平各预埋件标高，钢丝拉轴线，米尺，直角尺等工具进行检验，预埋件用钢条焊接固定必须焊接牢固，保证预埋件在浇时不移位，不偏移。
（2）主钢架工程
待预埋件检验合格，即可进行现场安装（具体根据土建的实际先后施工程序作相应调整），吊装前先检查编号、外观、质量、几何尺寸等，确认无误后才准吊装，吊装时应先试吊，再用螺栓定位固定。
（3）高强度螺栓、焊接、油漆工程
焊条：手工焊时Q235钢采用E43型焊接，Q345钢采用E50型焊接。其性能应符合

《炭钢焊条》（GB5117-85）的规定，自动或半自动焊条采用《焊接钢丝》（GB1300-88）规定，H08或H08A焊线配合中锰型或锰型焊剂。
粗制螺栓、螺母和垫圈采用《GB1300-88》规定的Q235B号钢制作，其热处理制作和技术要求应分别符合《GB5700-86》《GB41-86》《GB95-85》的规定。
高强度螺栓、螺母、螺垫采用《优质碳素钢结构技术条件》（GB699-88）中规定的钢材制作其热处理制作和技术要求应符合《高强度大六角头螺栓、大六角螺母、垫圈技术条件》（GB/T1231-91）中的规定，高强度螺栓采用10.9级摩擦型高强度螺栓。
钢结构建筑主要是以电焊及螺栓连接，所以特别控制高强度螺栓的初终凝值，均符合要求。
油漆：除锈后的构件应进行表面清理，然后喷涂底漆和面漆，油漆的要求应按设计规定，油漆时的环境温度用温度计控制以确保符合相应品种油漆工艺的要求，喷涂的厚度由测厚仪检验控制，每道油漆的厚度应按使用说明书控制，油漆后由专人按图纸要求做上标志。
