摘要：A vacuum insulation container is provided which has a welded portion and whichallows the welded portion to be easily repaired after a basic structure of the vacuum
insulation container has been assembled, even when a defect is found in airtightness ofthe welded portion, whereby a vacuum state cannot be maintained, or when a defectoccurs in the welded portion later whereby the vacuum state cannot be maintained. In avacuum insulation container 1, an inner container 2 and an outer container 3 form acontainer body, an internal space provided between the inner container 2 and the outercontainer 3 is vacuumized, and a welded portion required to make the internal spaceairtight is provided at a part exposed to a side opposite to the internal space of thecontainer body. For example, a bent portion 241 is formed at a lower end portion of eachsecond side wall 24 that is a component separate from a bottom plate 22 of the innercontainer 2, so as to be bent inwardly, the bent portions 241 are placed on the bottomplate 22 near edges of the bottom plate 22, and an end of each bent portion 241 and thebottom plate 22 are welded to each other to form a welded portion W1.
