建立贸易关系

建立贸易关系信函的写作可以按照以下步骤进行:

1) 告诉对方从何种途径获得对方的信息 (如:通过……得知……)。

2) 写明去函的目的:了解对方经营产品的情况;提供本公司产品的情况。 3) 希望保持联系。

另外,信函措辞应礼貌诚恳、热情、表达清楚透彻。

建立贸易关系信函常用语;

(我写这封信的目的是希望和您建立贸易关系)

询价信

询价信是买方对所要购买的货物向卖方询问价格,其范围可包括请求寄送货物样品、目录、及价目表;货物包装、付款条件、保险等相关事宜。

询价信常用语:

(正如我们从。。。所知,你是。。。的制造商)

 We are interested in……

 Please send your latest/current catalogue/price list.  We would like you to send us some samples/patterns.

 Please quote your price for these articles/goods.

报价信

报价信是卖方收到买方的询价信之后,针对其询价的内容做出迅速的答复,包括货物的名称、种类、数量、交货日期、包装、付款条件、保险等。

目前,许多大型公司除使用订货函外,还一并附订货单。卖方收到买方的定购 函和订货单后应该尽快确认

抱怨信

抱怨信常用语:  Beginning:

求职信

二 简 历

 通常一份成功的简历要遵循下列准则:  展现自己的优势和特长;  提供能吸引雇主的信息;  曾经取得过的成绩;

 附上具有说服力的证明材料、证明人和推荐信;  格式美观,长度适中;

 用词妥帖,语言简洁而不失重点。

三 通知

注意事项:

 一般说来,通知正文上面正中的地方往往有 Notice 或 NOTICE 一词作

为题目,其格式一半由标题、正文和落款三部分组成,内容一半包括时间、地点和活动内容说明等。其文字形式既可以按行排列,也可以按项排列。正文的下面是发出通知的单位名称。发出通知的日期一般写在右上角;发出通知的人或单位的名称,可以写在右下角。

四 启事

 日常生活中常用的有:遗失启事、招领启事、征稿启事、招聘启事等等。
