摘要：The invention relates to an electromechanical steering system (1) for a vehicle,comprising a steering shaft (2) which is rotatably mounted in the accommodating space(8) of a steering housing (3), and an electric motor (7) which acts on the steering shaft (2)by means of a gearing system(4). In addition, the accommodating space (8) comprises acoil spring housing (9) with a coil spring (10). The accommodating space is divided by apartition into a section (8a) containing the coil spring (10) and a section (8b) containingthe gearing system(4). A damping element (16) is included in the partition (13). The coilspring housing (9) forms part of the partition (13).
