摘要：In a method of increasing the combustion efficiency of a gasoline/diesel internalcombustion engine for vehicles, vessels, aircraft, generators, etc., an adequate amount ofadditive is added to and mixed with gasoline/diesel fuel. The additive includes a pluralityof highly electrically and thermally conductive carbon nanocapsules of a hollowpolyhedral carbon cluster material having a size from a few to several decades ofnanometers. The carbon nanocapsules attach to all gasoline molecular groups or dieselmolecules. When the gasoline or diesel fuel is released into a combustion chamber of theinternal combustion engine and ignited to burn, the carbon nanocapsules are electricallyor thermally induced and release energy for all the gasoline molecular groups or dieselmolecules being attached by the carbon nanocapsules to burn synchronously and
uniformly. Thus, the problems of downward inclined temperature gradient, incompletecombustion, and carbon deposition in the internal combustion engine can be avoided.
