摘要：The present invention relates to a composite particle comprising: at least onehydrophilic core particle; and a plurality of hydrophobic particles, wherein the surface ofthe hydrophilic core particle is substantially discontinuously covered by the hydrophobicparticles. The novel composite particle according to the present invention can havesurface active properties sufficient to prepare stable Pickering emulsions, and canmaintain the surface active properties over a long period of time. The present inventionalso relates to a method for preparing the above composite particle.
