摘要：A data distribution method, a data distribution system and relevant devices in anedge network are provided. The method includes: obtaining a data download requestfrom a client, and obtaining a content ID of data under a certain protocol, where thecontent ID is carried in the download request; and searching for an edge network contentID that corresponds to the content ID and uniquely identifies a data content in an edgenetwork, obtaining corresponding client information by using the edge network contentID as an index, and returning data source information that carries the client informationto the client. Therefore, the data is sharable as far as possible throughout the edgenetwork, and the impact on the backbone network is relieved effectively.
