英语教师实习报告

这学期是我任教的第一学期，我担任初一级七班，八班的英语教学。由于教学经验颇浅。因此，我对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向前辈学习。经过一个学期的努力，获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学情况。

教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初接触教学的时候，我还不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性，只是专心研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，学生易接受。但一开始我就碰了钉子。在讲授第一课的时候，我按照自己的教学设计，上了一堂自认为明白易懂而又不死板的课，认为教学效果如期理想，怎知小测出来才知道不如人意。后来听同学们反应，才知道我讲的口语大部分同学听不懂，而教学的部分内容同学们以前从来未接触过。从而可知，我在上课前根本没有了解清楚学生的实际情况：

一方面，农村的学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们还不能适应。另一方面，七班的同学比较活跃，上课气氛积极，但中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，没有照顾到整体，而八班的同学比较沉静，学习欠积极性，虽然优良生比例大，但中下层面而也广，我备课时也没有注意到这点，因此教学效果不如理想。从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。例如我在教授unit 3 . lesson 9 的时候，这课的主题是“如何询问和回答时间”，教学难度比较大。如果照本宣科地讲授，学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为了令教学生动，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。当讲到“half”的时候，我拿出准备好的圆卡纸，把它剪成一半，告诉学生这是圆的一半，也就是half。讲到”quarter”时，又把半圆剪成一半，那么剩下来的就是圆的四分之一，也就是”quarter”了。这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词。而讲到如何表达时间时，我用了一个用红卡纸做的大钟，同学们一开始就被它吸引住了，显得颇有积极性。用实物让学生练习”what’s the time? it’s……”的句型，学生特别用功，教学效果十分理想。相反，我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课，我感到有点愧疚，因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水平，以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中困难。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不原学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是帮助班上的同学改英文名，尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，近来更帮部分同学交上了”penfriend in america”，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语。因为只有英语水平提高，他们才能达到交异国笔友的目的，同时也可以提高同学们的英语写作能力，对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。

因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如在七班，我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有能力提高，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平； 第二组是肯学，但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩，不能操之过急，且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力，成绩有望搞提高；第三组是纪律松散，学习不认真，基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境，才会立下心来学习。只要坚持辅导，这些同学基础重新建立起来，以后授课的效果就会更好。 英语是语言。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持下班了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。

期中考和期末考是考察每位同学在本学期的学习成果，因此应该予以重视。考试前进行有系统的复习，考试后进行学科总结。从中段考试可以看出两个班的平均水平相当，八班的差生面相对较大。所以在中段考后的时间里，我把力量主要集中在两班的差生辅导上，特别是八班，以缩短差距。另外，还发现学生的综合能力不够强，所以以后的教学中要加强这方面的训练。让学生轻松学，容易掌握。而期考结果证明，适当辅导差生对班的整体发展有很大帮助。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高两班的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多

问，多想，多向前辈学习，争取进步。

以上就是我在本学期的教学工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足，希望在未来的日子里，能在各位领导老师，前辈的指导下，取得更好成绩。

实习的经历虽已经过去，可我还会回头去看一下我在那里留下的脚印，我相信那不会是我旅途的归宿，而是我充满挑战和希望的开始！

回顾这8天的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，学生把错误指出来而无地自容。

每当站在讲台上，被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时，作为一名教师的价值感和成就感就油然而生了。这此实习的时间里，我并没有做到一名好老师，也不可能让所有的学生都喜欢我，但只要有一名学生记住我，那么我的第一次实习就不遗憾了。记得那是第四天，一个学生递来一张字条：老师，我喜欢你的微笑，当你微笑着走近我时，使我感到了从来没有过的亲切，我很喜欢你。这是我在实习里收到的最好的，最值得珍藏的礼物。我想，其实走近学生的第一步只须微笑就够。

初为人师，总是有些紧张。我带着羞涩与忐忑抱着课本和教案走上讲台时，尽管我做了很多预备，但当我真正面对那么多双眼睛时，我还是紧张了。

以上就是我的工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足。

总之，我觉得教育是一个互动的过程，不单老师要认真投入教学，还需要学生的积极配合，才能达到做老师的目的—把知识真正传给学生。这种过程是很开心的，也是辛苦的，但要做个知识的传播者—人民教师，我要努力学习，将来当一个出色的老师。

从2009年10月底到11月底，我在宁乡县第六高级中学（以下简称宁乡六中）实习，在实习期间，先后任高一高二两个年级的英语老师。

坐落在宁乡一个镇上的六中，是一个典型的农村中学。

由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。

以下是对于我这个月的教学情况和调查报告。

最初到学校的时候，我对学校学生的基本情况和基础都不了解，也没有注意到学生这个角色在我的教学活动中的重要性。我一开始只是研究书本和教材，不断的翻阅资料，想方设法让课堂生动，而忽略了教学的内容和学生的联系，也没有注意去了解学生的水平。在讲授第一堂课的时候，我碰了钉子。我按照自己的学习计划，跟着教案，上了一堂自认为生动又容易接受的英语课。我在讲台上很卖力的说着事先准备好的教学内容，慢慢地发现学生从最初的满眼的期待渐渐失去了学习的兴趣，最后能认真听课的人越来越少。

课后，我认真听了同学们的反应，作了认真的思考才知道，学生们的基础没有我想象中的好，而我讲的口语大部分同学都听不懂，学生最开始听课，是冲着新老师那股新鲜感来的，由于对英语的掌握不够，听不懂了之后就干脆不听了。可见，我上课之前没有了解学生的真实情况，让我的教学工作走了歪路。仔细想想，一方面，农村的学生，英语听说能力相对较弱。尽管他们这几届的学生都是

从小学三四年级就开始学英语，但是由于小学甚至初中的学校里教育设施从硬件上和软件上都没有一个相对较高的水平，硬件没有好的学习条件，没有语音室，没有多媒体设施， 而软件上没有很好的英语老师，他们的英语学习只强调了一个考试的时候有好的分数，几乎完全忽略了听英语的能力和说英语的能力，因此，授课的时候采用全英教学，同学们还不能适应。另一方面，我上课的班级比较活跃，上课的气氛一开始很积极，但是事实上学习成绩中等生占多数，尖子生相对较少，也就是说中下层面比较广。把知识讲得不够详细就没有照顾到整体的水平。我备课的时候完全没有注意到这一点，因此才会出现教学的效果不理想。

由此，我得出的结论是，了解和分析学生的实习情况，事实求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课的效果有直接的影响。在教育学中，“备教法的同时要备学生”，这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

例如，我在给学生上到Unit 3 的时候，这课的主题是“Looking good and feeling good ”，即“外表和健康”。我体会到这是一个学生比较感兴趣的话题，但是教学难度比较大，如果照本宣科的讲课，就浪费了一个好题材，学生提不起兴趣，当然就不能很好的理解这一单元的重点。为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为了令教学生动，不沉闷，我到网上和别的地方找了很多与这个单元有关的知识，比如说有：有的人为了变漂亮而减肥整容的新闻消息；怎么样靠穿衣服和改变气质来改变外表的方法；还有关于运动对于人的身体的作用等等。在这个单元的warm-up的环节，我计划用这些找的资料来引入这个单元的主题，然后再进入正题。事实证明我的想法是合适的，我的备课是成功的。在进入单元的重点之前，我给学生们讲述的这些信息和资料和故事，让他们对于整个单元后面的学习非常的感兴趣，连平时候上课都不积极的几个男生也认真听了起来，对于我所用到的英语词汇和表达，有不懂的都积极的提了出来。这样的上课效果是对我认真备课的最好的回报。

由此可见 ，要上好一堂课，备课是非常关键和重要的，特别是对于英语这样一门学生们不甚熟悉的科目来说，充足的准备一堂课，会让学生学习起来更轻松，也会让教师教学变得不那么复杂。

然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。对此， 我的做法就是，每天都要有保持充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然欢快的气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。现在回看自己的授课，因为年纪上比学校里原来的英语老师要小，相反的和学生们的年龄相近，我在讲台上精神充足的上课确实能吸引学生的眼球，所以只要我有充足的准备，能够把上课的内容掌握恰当，在让学生投入到课堂这一点上，做得还是很不错的。

因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，出现好差分化现象。这对于成绩差的学生而言，由于自尊心缘故，长期的成绩处于班级底端会让他们提起来的兴趣再降下去；而对于成绩好的学生而言看似没有影响，但是差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气，因此，这样的现象绝对不能忽视和纵容。为此，我在了解了这样的情况之后制定了具体的计划和目标：对于基础和成绩好的学生，我不放弃对他们的鼓励，对于他们的进步我不断的表扬并鼓励他们去学习新东西；而对于基础很差的同学，我常常单独的找他们聊天，适当的引导，告诉他们学习是一个缓慢的过程，不能因为一时的成绩而放弃了以后的学习，对于他们取得的小点的进步，我也会给予极大的鼓励；对于那些有一点基础，但是学习态度松散的同学，我给他们单独布置任务，监督他们完成，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应该有的水平。

一个月的实习完了，在整个过程中，我学到了不少的知识，懂得了很多课本上没有的技能，但是在整个月的表现中，也有很多的不足和还值得去认真学习的地方，希望在未来的日子里，得到更多有经验的老师们的指导，我也会通过自己的努力，不断的改进自己，获得好的学习经验和取得好的学习成绩

Though internship experience has in the past, but I will go back to see where I leave footprints, I believe that is not my home of the journey, but I am full of challenge and beginning of the hope!!!!!
