1. 在PHASE 1时DOWNLOAD文件并激活

ACTIVATE BTSM NAME=BTSM:0

2. 在PHASE 2时创建基站硬件模块 PHASE 2
SET RACK NAME=RACK:0 TYPRACK=BS240
(必须先设置机架类型,之后菜单才会是240的)
CREATE CU NAME=RACK:0/CU:0&&2 (创建CU模块)
CREATE DULNA NAME=RACK:0/DULNA:0 CELLNO=0

(创建反向Abis环形链路)
Create LAPDLE NAME=LAPDLE:0, LAPDCH=BPORT0-31-FULL_KB; (创建正向环LAPDLE,注意与BSC中的LPDLM一致)
Create LAPDLE NAME=LAPDLE:1, LAPDCH=BPORT1-31-FULL_KB; (创建反向环LAPDLE,注意与BSC中的LPDLM一致)
CREATE FANP NAME=RACK:0/FANP:0&&5 (创建风扇)
其他操作

(设置基站硬件参数) LOCNAME=”*******”(地区名) RXDIVSV=enabled(支持分集接收) SALUNAME=”***********”
(基站的用户标识,必须和BSC一致)
SET BTSM NAME=BTSM:0
(设置基站功能参数) TEI=0(网元识别编号,按规划同一区域该值相同)
3. PHASE SWITCH ----------PHASE 3
CONNBSC BTSM NAME=BTSM:0 (切换到PHASE 3)
