摘要：A device (60) for separating particles in a material (62) is disclosed, the particleshaving different conductivities. First charging means(70) is located within the enclosure () for directly charging the particles so thatsimilarly charged particles leave the enclosure () via the outlet opening (66) and landon the rotatable transfer drum (72) in form of the monolayer via the outlet opening (66)of the enclosure (). A shielding enclosure (76) is located proximate the outlet opening(66) of the enclosure () and adjacent the rotatable transfer drum (72) for
accommodating, and mechanically limiting the effects of, second charging means (78), thesecond charging means (78) being arranged to further charge the particles on therotatable transfer drum (72).
