The First Day of College
My first day of college was mixed with exciting and tired. I can still remember clearly about that day.
It was a sunny day, I was so excited when I walked into the car to Linyi myself at 7 am . It was like some magic or some kind of approve from the fact that I was already an college student, my parents finally agreed to let me went to school alone. When I was on the car I was so excited that I failed to focus on the movie I downloaded to my phone. It was a three hours’ trip but I felt like it was only one minute.
After arrived in school at about 10 am, I first went to the square before the school library to get my class number, room number and my key. I remember there were a lot of volunteers there to help the freshmen and I get the key easily with the help of them. One thing embarrassed me a lot was that I spent half an hour to find the way to dormitory and finally arrived there with the help of another volunteer. He helped me carried my luggage and didn’t leave until I first met my roommates at noon.
I was busy cleaning my bed, tidying my desk and my cupboard in the next three hour. I was so excited that I did not feel hungry and tired so I did not have lunch that day. But I was exhausted after cleaning up and fell asleep immediately after laying on the bed. It was already 6pm when I awake that day.
My first day to college was so short when I recall it. But I will never forget the day mixed exciting and tired.
