摘要：The invention relates to a display device for displaying information on a divecomputer during a dive. The dive computer comprises a display, measuring devicesmeasuring measurement variables relating to the dive, a memory device for storing dataand program steps and an arithmetic unit which processes the measurement variablesmeasured by the measurement device and derives dive data therefrom. A plurality ofdisplay backgrounds for the arrangement of dive data on the display are stored in thedive computer. The arithmetic device uses the dive data to determine characteristicvariables which are then used to select the display background characterizing the divesituation.
