HighScore Plus中晶体数据提取
Xpert Highscore 是荷兰philips分析仪器公司推出的一款用于xrd物相分析的软件,简便易学。是我见到的物相检索最好的软件了。在标定透射电子显微镜 TEM的选区衍射图案,以及高分辨照片的标定时,都需要物质的结构信息,现在给大家讲一点从HighScore Plus中进行晶体数据提取的使用经验,希望能对大家有些许帮助

1、 正常安装HighScore Plus软件
2、 导入PDF2-2004 ICDD数据:点开Customize-Manage Databases-Add HighScore
Database 打开PDF2-2004 ICDD的文件夹导入;也可以搜索点击Search for databases;选择搜索相应的盘即可,然后在需要利用的数据库Use框打勾。
3、 晶面数据读取:点击Reference Patterns-Retrieve Pattern by-Restrictions 弹出以下界面
在All of栏目中点出元素周期表,选择你需要读取的数据物质中的元素组成,比如金Au
然后点击Load,出现含有Au元素的各种物质,选取自己需要的双击卡片出现自己需要的数据,如下,然后进行比对即可。
