　　学习上，本人学习了法理学、中国法制史、、行与行政诉讼法、民法、商法、知识产权法、经济法、刑法、民事诉讼法、刑事诉讼法、国际法、国际私法、国际经济法等，掌握法学基本理论和基本知识,了解和掌握国家的主要法律法规,理解和把握法律规则背后的法律精神和法律价值,并能运用法学理论,方法和思维分析问题,解决问题。
